Yes — the core app is free: groups, notes, calendar, community and a free starter pack of Zen credits. You only pay if you want more AI usage via a bucket.
What are Zen credits?
Credits are what AI chats cost — each message spends a few credits depending on the model. Lighter models cost less, so quick questions stay cheap. More about buckets.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Everything is pay-as-you-go — buy a bucket when you need it, use it until it runs out. Unused credits stay in your account.
Which AI does Zen use?

How do I install the app?
Studily is a web app — open studily.org and add it to your home screen. Full steps on the download page.
Does it work offline?
Your notes, tasks and calendar work offline and sync when you're back. Zen chats need a connection.
Can I use it in my language?
Yes — the app and this site translate on the fly, including a dedicated Chinese edition at ch.home.studily.org.
